Conditions of booking and payment:
– In order to secure the booking, you pay a deposit of 25% within 5 days.
– After receipt of deposit, you will receive the booking confirmation.
– The remaining 75% must be transferred at least 42 days before arrival.
– Payments are made by bank transfer. – PayPal with a 2% surcharge for service fee.
Deposit of 500 €
will be transferred with the rest rent, to pay any damages during their stay. If no damage has occurred, is the deposit back within 7 days of stay.
Cancellation:
Cancellation in writing, refunds as follows:
Up to 8 weeks – 25% loss of deposit
4-6 weeks prior to arrival – 25% of fee refunded
4 weeks – no refund
