The following rental prices include water, electricity, garden and pool maintenance, bed linen, towels and bath towels for 6 guests. Additional guests per guest and stay 50.00 €. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi at no extra cost.

Conditions of booking and payment:
-In order to secure the booking, you pay a deposit of 25% within 5 days.
– After receipt of deposit, you will receive the booking confirmation.
– The remaining 75% must be transferred at least 42 days before arrival.
-Payments are made by bank transfer.
Deposit of 500 €
will be transferred with the rest rent, to pay any damages during their stay. If no damage has occurred, is the deposit back within 7 days of stay.
Cancellation:
Cancellation in writing, refunds as follows:
Up to 8 weeks – 25% loss of deposit
4-6 weeks prior to arrival – 25% of fee refunded
4 weeks – no refund

Extra service for compensation
- Towel change between 40 €
- Intermediate cleaning and linen change 100 € (normal pollution)
- daily cleaning at cost 14 € per hour
- Pool heater 25 € per day (incl. arrival and departure day).
